Trust is valued not simply because it is the foundation of a successful working relationship. We value it because we understand that we are trusting God to be the ultimate designer of our ideas. Together we form a relationship built on His movement through our conversations and assessments. Confidentiality is the building block of trust and upheld in every step of the process.
When Jesus said, “The Kingdom of God is among you” He was implying that, because of His presence – both on earth and within those who follow Him – we can become living demonstrations of His work here on earth, right now! This has huge implications for those of us who are Christ followers. It is reflective in His own instructions on how to pray saying, “Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” Uniquely bringing our passions, gifts and blessings allows us to have an impact for His glory. May this be your prayer as you follow Him on this journey.
The basis of any authentic relationship is the combination of speaking truth and love. Both are demonstrated, in perfect balance, by Christ himself. Questions that will be asked of you are designed to reveal how God is already working in your ideas, frustrations and aspirations. Your willingness to be as authentic as possible will only launch us more quickly to a desired outcome.
Passion has been defined as a powerful or compelling emotion. It drives your concern to be involved in something that you don’t think is right or needs to be fixed. It could be a societal or spiritual issue which keeps you awake at night, whether it occurs down the street or across the ocean. Your best team members do not remain with an organization out of duty or even sense of responsibility. Rather, they look for a cause that stretches them to reach beyond their own capacities. Whether or not they understand God’s purpose in the world, they want to be involved in something bigger than themselves.
Respect is one of the key ingredients for our working relationship. It assumes the very best of one another and is marked by honesty, thoughtfulness and communication that leads to mutual understanding.
The process of engaging team members in an innovative direction necessitates flexibility. We understand and respect that, in the process of our work together, there will be times when plans are abandoned or new routes are chartered. Our mutual trust and respect allows for this and great solutions demand it.
As believers, we often do not appreciate the full depth of humility that Jesus Himself had by entering our world (see Philippians 2:3-8). While physically present on earth, He relentlessly pursued those who were paralyzed, disillusioned and the most ostracized. We seek to emulate the same humility of our Savior as we work together to pursue the unique way your organization can bring God’s Kingdom to earth.
Courage can empower, liberate and bolster an entire organization – and living out your core purpose demands it. Yet, it requires you, as a leader, to face tough decisions, harsh criticism and daunting tasks. In the safety of our working relationship, we will seek to relinquish the apprehensions that can debilitate your leadership and thwart your greatest ambitions.
We believe that while donations (financial or otherwise) provide short-term solutions, they do not provide the empowering or long-term effects we desire. Therefore, we will work with you to provide sustainable options to those you serve. This obviously requires more creativity, innovation and collaboration than a temporary answer but will provide those you serve with gifts of empowerment and dignity.
Do you ever wish you could be a live spectator to some of Jesus’ miracles? In Mark 2, for instance, imagine witnessing four desperate friends cutting an opening in the roof to lower their paralytic friend into the presence of Jesus. Commentators speculate that the phrase: “When Jesus saw their faith…” refers to the faith of the friends, not the paralytic. In other words, Jesus took notice and honored the creative tactic of the passionate friends. It is with this spirit, that we seek creative solutions to the problems of the world today. We will work together, involving others, as needed, to be innovative in a way that brings transformation.
Every person, regardless of what they have been told or taught, longs for to be treated with dignity. By definition, dignity is marked by being honored, esteemed or seen as worthy. Our work together will reflect dignity for team members within your organization, as well as those we seek to serve outside your organization.

We believe that, in the truest sense, we are stewards of all the good gifts God has lavished on us and therefore, seek to honor Him with that which we’ve been entrusted.
